DATA LOGGER AQ6-7207
CALL FOR PRICING
This data logger receives data from three thermocouples, one frequency signal and one analog 4-20 milliamp transmitter.
Full Description
This unit was initially designed to test frac pumps, but could be used for a various other applications.
Powered with 9-36 VDC , this device is perfect for recording serious test data. On the left side are three connectors for “Power Input”, “Flow Rate”, and “Pressure”. The right has three type J thermocouple connectors. The USB port at the top allows data to be transmitted to an Excel type file in a computer.
For use in other applications, the connector labels, calculations, and timing could be changed per application requirements.
When used on the test pad to record data from frac pumps being tested, it typically records lube oil, hydrau-lic oil, and engine oil temperatures, flow rate from mag pick-up, pressure from 4-20 mA transmitter, and then calculates hydraulic horsepower. All data, along with time and date, is stored every 2 seconds.
The LCD display backlight makes data easily visible at night. The display shows all data in digital form and also graphically plots the data in real time. A set-up screen allows programming of ranges and factors.
UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE, THE FOLLOWING IS SUPPLIED WITH THE UNIT.
- 1502 TYPE PRESSURE TRANSMITTER WITH 4-20 MA OUTPUT, 0-15K RANGE.
- OVERMOLDED CABLE FOR CONNECTION TO THE PRESSURE TRANSMITTER.
- 24VDC MAG PICK-UP FOR MEASUREMENT OF PUMP RPM (FLOW RATE).
- OVERMOLDED CABLE FOR CONNECTION TO THE MAG PICK-UP.
- OVERMOLDED PIGTAIL POWER CABLE WITH ALIGATOR CLIPS.
